About the role

Our UAE relocation work is growing, mostly with employers in energy, healthcare and government-related sectors. This Dubai-based coordinator supports senior relocation consultants with the practical side: booking medical and Emirates ID appointments, joining housing viewings, registering tenancy contracts on Ejari and arranging DEWA electricity and water connections. Some cases take you to Abu Dhabi, where tenancies are registered on Tawtheeq instead. You will learn the full process and take on your own cases over time. Training is provided from the first week.

What you will do

  • Book medical fitness tests, Emirates ID biometrics and other appointments
  • Join housing viewings and prepare comparison notes for assignees
  • Register tenancy contracts on Tawtheeq and arrange utility connections
  • Keep case records up to date and send weekly status updates
  • Help families with school visits and local orientation

What you bring

  • A degree or diploma, or 1+ year in customer service, hospitality or administration
  • Good spoken and written English
  • UAE driving licence or willingness to obtain one
  • Organised and reliable with documents
  • Interest in international mobility
