How hiring works

    Apply

    Send your CV and a short note in English, Arabic, Hindi, Persian or Turkish. We confirm receipt within 5 working days.

    First conversation

    A video call with the hiring team to talk about the role and your experience, usually within 10 working days of your application.

  3. 3

    Practical exercise and interview

    A short task based on real work, such as a case plan or a candidate brief, followed by a panel interview.

  4. 4

    Offer

    We aim to make a decision within 10 working days of the final interview and will discuss start date, relocation and permit questions openly.
