About the role

Employers have a legal and moral duty of care for the people they send abroad. This coordinator runs that duty day to day for our clients' relocating employees and business travellers. You prepare pre-travel briefings, monitor events that affect travellers and coordinate with assistance providers when something goes wrong, from a medical emergency to a cancelled flight. You work with relocation consultants, client HR and travel management companies, following ISO 31030 guidance.

What you will do

  • Prepare destination risk briefings for travellers and relocating families
  • Monitor traveller itineraries and security alerts during working hours and on rota
  • Coordinate responses with medical and security assistance providers
  • Maintain client travel risk policies and approval workflows
  • Write incident reports and lessons learned after each case

What you bring

  • 3+ years in travel risk management, corporate security operations or assistance services
  • Knowledge of ISO 31030 or an equivalent travel risk framework
  • Calm, clear communication under pressure
  • Experience with traveller tracking tools such as those from International SOS, Crisis24 or Riskline
  • Willingness to join an on-call rota

Good to have

  • Arabic, Hindi or Persian
  • First aid or remote medical awareness training
