About the role
Executive hiring in the Gulf now draws on Europe, India and the region itself. This consultant leads search mandates for boards and owners in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Riyadh. You work with researchers in Berlin and Dubai, and with our immigration desk on Golden Visa and family relocation for senior hires. The role suits someone who has run complete searches and can hold a frank conversation with a board about what the market will offer.
What you will do
- Win and scope search mandates with boards and owners
- Lead candidate assessment interviews and referencing
- Direct research and sourcing with the research team
- Manage offer negotiation and support the candidate through relocation
- Keep search records confidential and GDPR compliant
What you bring
- 7+ years in executive search or senior in-house leadership hiring
- A network in at least one Gulf sector, such as energy, healthcare, real estate or finance
- Experience presenting to boards and family owners
- Sound judgement in assessment
- Professional English
Good to have
- Arabic
- Experience with mandates in Saudi Arabia
