About the role

Many of the candidates our clients want are in Bengaluru, Lahore, Dhaka and Colombo. This role sits in the Dubai talent acquisition team and owns South Asian searches for employers in both Germany and the Gulf. You work closely with our immigration case managers, because an offer is only useful once the work permit is realistic. Expect to brief candidates honestly on Blue Card salary thresholds, recognition timelines and what life in Berlin or Dubai actually costs.

What you will do

• Run full-cycle searches for technical, healthcare and finance roles, from intake meeting with the hiring manager to accepted offer
• Build candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, Naukri, Rozee.pk, alumni networks and university placement cells
• Screen for visa eligibility early: degree status in anabin, Blue Card or MOHRE skill level, and document readiness
• Prepare candidates for interviews across time zones and debrief both sides within two working days
• Keep every candidate record and stage change current in Greenhouse

What you bring

• 3+ years of agency or in-house recruitment, with at least some hires made across borders
• Working knowledge of recruitment markets in India and at least one other South Asian country
• Understanding of how employment visas work for Germany or the UAE, or willingness to learn it properly in the first three months
• Clear written English; you will write briefs and candidate summaries daily
• Comfort with targets measured in quality of hire, not CV volume

Good to have

• Hindi, Urdu, Bengali or Tamil
• Experience hiring nurses or doctors into regulated professions abroad

Languages

English (C1), Hindi or Urdu an advantage
