About the role
UAE immigration moves quickly when files are complete and slowly when they are not. This case manager handles employment visas for client employees in Dubai and the northern emirates, working through MOHRE, GDRFA and ICP systems. You keep clients informed of what is needed and when, and you work with our recruiters so offer letters match what MOHRE will approve. Golden Visa applications for senior hires and specialists are a growing share of the caseload.
What you will do
- Prepare MOHRE offer letters, work permits and labour contracts for client employees
- Submit entry permits, status changes and residence visa applications through GDRFA and ICP channels
- Assess Golden Visa eligibility and prepare files for skilled professionals and specialists
- Coordinate dependant visas, establishment card renewals and cancellations
- Track visa expiry dates and alert clients well ahead of renewal
What you bring
- 3+ years in UAE immigration, as a PRO, in a typing centre or with a relocation provider
- Hands-on experience with MOHRE, GDRFA and ICP online systems
- Arabic at B2 or higher and good English
- Understanding of free zone and mainland employment rules and how they differ
- Methodical handling of passports and personal data
Good to have
- Experience with free zone authorities such as DMCC or DIFC
- Hindi or Urdu
