About the role
Employers in the UAE hire from India, Europe, Africa and the wider Arab world, and expect their people to start without weeks of admin. The relocation consultant in Dubai handles everything after the visa is approved: housing, school places, DEWA connections and driving licence conversion. You work closely with the UAE immigration case managers and client HR teams. Families moving from Germany to Dubai are a growing part of the work, so you will also explain the differences they should expect.
What you will do
- Book and accompany medical fitness tests and Emirates ID biometrics appointments
- Shortlist apartments and villas, check tenancy contracts and register them on Ejari
- Arrange DEWA and internet connections, bank accounts and health insurance cards
- Support applications to KHDA-rated schools and nurseries
- Explain driving licence conversion through the RTA and accompany assignees where needed
What you bring
- 2+ years in relocation, real estate, concierge or HR services in the UAE
- Good knowledge of Dubai neighbourhoods, rents and school options
- UAE driving licence
- Clear English; Arabic is an advantage
- Organised with dates and documents
Good to have
- German or Hindi
- Experience with Abu Dhabi processes such as TAMM and Tawtheeq
