Linden & Dune is an HR and relocation firm with offices in Frankfurt am Main and Dubai. We recruit internationally, organise residence and work permits, and help employees and their families settle in Germany and the UAE.
Our name joins the two places we work. The linden trees line the avenues of German cities; Berlin's Unter den Linden is the most famous of them. The dunes begin where Dubai ends. Most moves we handle run in one direction or the other, and some run in both.
We are a practical firm. We tell employers what a permit route will take before they make an offer, and we tell employees what to bring to each appointment. Where a question needs a lawyer or a tax adviser, we say so and bring one in.
People move countries for work because the job is worth it. The paperwork, the flat search and the school applications are the price of that decision, and they too often fall on the employee alone. We think employers who recruit internationally owe their hires a properly organised arrival.
Germany and the UAE are both opening their doors to skilled workers, through reforms such as the Skilled Immigration Act in Germany and long-term residence options such as the UAE Golden Visa. We want to be the firm that makes those routes work in practice, for the company and for the person who has just landed with two suitcases.

Our Frankfurt team works in the Rhine-Main region, where many of the people we place will live and where banks, engineering firms and Germany's busiest airport recruit abroad. They know the Bürgeramt queues, the local rental market and which international schools have waiting lists.
United Arab Emirates
Gulf office: UAE work permits and residence visas, relocation into the Emirates and support for moves towards Germany.
Our Dubai team sits close to the free zones and business districts where many international employers are based. They handle Emirates ID appointments, Ejari registrations and school applications regulated by the KHDA.
