Why people come to work here
- You see the difference
- Every case is someone’s new home and new job. Within a week of their arrival, you see what your work did.
- You learn two systems
- German and UAE immigration and employment practice, side by side, with colleagues in both offices to ask.
- You choose your depth
- Recruitment, immigration, relocation, policy and training each go deep. Pick the one that suits you and we will help you get good at it.
- Your own move counts
- Plenty of our roles suit people who have relocated themselves. That experience matters here, and if you move to join us, you get the same help we give everyone else.

What happens once you've applied
- 1
You send us your CV
Add a short note if you like, in English, Arabic, Hindi, Persian or Turkish. You will hear that it has arrived within 5 working days.
- 2
We talk
A video call with the people hiring, about the role and about you. It normally happens within 10 working days after you apply.
- 3
You show us how you work
A short task from real work, a case plan or a candidate brief perhaps, and then a conversation with a small panel.
- 4
We decide, and talk it through
You’ll hear from us within 10 working days after your last interview. If it is a yes, we go through your start date, relocation and permit questions openly with you.
What you can count on
- A permanent contract, or a long fixed-term one
- Some days at home, if your role allows
- Help with your own relocation and visa, when you need it
- Your own learning budget, plus paid time for qualifications
- German or Arabic lessons
- Health insurance that meets the local rules wherever you are based
