The role in brief
People who relocate for work need practical knowledge: how a German tenancy works, what a Dubai employer expects on day one, how meetings run. Managers need help too. This learning designer builds our training catalogue for assignees, families and receiving teams. You work with relocation consultants, who know where people struggle, and with the trainers who deliver sessions. Content runs on our learning platform and in live sessions in Frankfurt, Dubai and online.
Your days will include
- Design pre-departure and arrival modules for Germany and the UAE
- Build manager training on leading internationally hired teams
- Write scripts, job aids and short videos with subject-matter experts
- Maintain courses on the learning platform and track completion and feedback
- Review content each year for changes in immigration and workplace rules

- Personal or professional experience of living and working in another country
