The role in brief

International hiring touches many HR records: work location, visa expiry, assignment type, payroll country. When the HRIS is set up badly, those details end up in spreadsheets. This analyst works on Workday HCM projects for clients and supports our own internal Workday tenant. You work with consultants in mobility and HR advisory to turn process requirements into configuration, and with client IT on integrations to payroll and identity systems.

Your days will include

  • Configure business processes, custom objects and security groups in Workday HCM
  • Build custom reports and dashboards, including visa and assignment tracking
  • Support EIB loads and integrations with payroll vendors
  • Test changes in sandbox tenants and document them for release
  • Train client HR users on new processes

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration
  • Workday HCM certification, or equivalent project experience
  • Experience with Workday report writing and calculated fields
  • Understanding of HR data protection under GDPR
  • A structured approach to testing and documentation

Helpful, not essential

  • Workday Studio or Workday Extend
  • Experience with global assignment functionality in Workday
