The role in brief

As our Dubai office grows, our own people need the same care we give to clients. This HR business partner supports the Dubai team on hiring plans, contracts, performance reviews and difficult conversations. Around a third of the role is client advisory: helping companies set up HR in the UAE, from employment contracts under Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 to end-of-service gratuity and WPS compliance. You report to the HR advisory lead and work with Frankfurt colleagues on firm-wide policies.

Your days will include

• Advise team leads on workforce plans, role design and hiring priorities
• Run the performance review cycle and support managers through difficult conversations
• Keep contracts, handbooks and policies aligned with UAE labour law and MOHRE rules
• Handle employee relations cases fairly and with proper documentation
• Support client advisory work on UAE HR set-up and Emiratisation planning

What we're looking for

• 6+ years in HR generalist or business partner roles, with 3+ in the UAE
• Solid knowledge of UAE labour law, gratuity calculation and WPS
• Experience in professional services or a multinational company
• Good judgement on confidential matters
• CIPD Level 5 or an equivalent qualification

Helpful, not essential

• Arabic
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or Workday
